Introduction
The aim of the 13th Anniversary was to showcase hard work, teamwork, and quality of work done in the first 13 years of the organization’s existence. Born in 2009, Yo’ Care South Sudan vowed to continue helping people improve their lives through health, nutrition, and WASH services.
Other stakeholders such as the media houses were also represented by Miraya Radio’s Gabriel Joseph Shada., The participants expressed their views about the event, describing it as colorful, informative, and educative. They also encouraged such meetings to be consistent each year.
What Is Yo’ Care South Sudan?
Yo’ Care South Sudan is a not-for-profit, non-political and non-governmental organization in South Sudan that creates, develops & provides comprehensive and integrated basic packages of healthcare (human, animal, and environmental), nutrition, and WASH services to the South Sudanese public.
Where Is Yo’ Care South Sudan Working?
Yo’ Care South Sudan has been working in Central Equatoria, Northern Bahr el Ghazal, Lakes, and Jonglei states since its inception in 2009. It hopes to expand to new frontiers in the near future as volunteers, donors and partners increase their efforts to make the vision and mission come true.
What Is Yo’ Care South Sudan Doing?
Yo’ Care South Sudan is helping people improve their lives by providing health, nutrition, and WASH services in many locations in South Sudan such as Juba, Bor, Wau, Rumbek, and others. One of the main challenges the organization faces is a lack of funding. At the time of this press release, only Health Program (HIV/AIDS) was funded by the USAID/PEPFAR through AHEC.
