Nutrition

In health care, Yo’ Care provides lifesaving and integrated Package of Health and Nutrition Services under the South Sudan BPHNS Policy at the primary care level – including Maternal and Child Health, Immunization, Control of Communicable diseases and Mental Health, as per the Ministry of Health of South Sudan’s protocol.

HealthCare

Yo’ Care also supports the strengthening of healthcare system in selected States and locations in South Sudan to prevent, detect, and respond to outbreaks of common epidemic prone diseases (COVID-19, Measles, Cholera, Malaria and Diarrhea, etc.).

Water, Hygiene, and Sanitation

In Water Hygiene and Sanitation, (WASH) Yo’ Care provides families with clean water, improved sanitation, and good hygiene practices.
