Marcilia has over 2 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation. She has a degree in Statistics and Demography from the University of Juba, (September 2014), and obtained a postgraduate Certificate in M & E and Project Planning and Management at the Islamic University of South Sudan, 2018.
She’s advanced proficiency in different computer applications such as Microsoft Office programs, QuickBooks, SPSS, ENA Software for SMAR, Epi-Data, Publisher, and Adobe Illustrator. She’s bilingual: in Arabic and English.
